Vivian Maier: Street Photographer Art Gallery of Hamilton

Dubbed the ‘secret nanny-photographer’ this exhibit includes over 100 black-and-white, colour photographs and 8-mm films shot by Maier. Discovered in 2007 by chance when her works where uncovered in a Chicago auction house, each photo brings architecture and big city streets to life. The Art Gallery of Hamilton is the first Canadian gallery to present the exhibition!
PopOpera at FirstOntario Concert Hall

Get your tickets to this Brott Music Festival of some of the world’s greatest hits, duets and ensembles. Experience music from some of the biggest all time legends in comic opera: Mozart, Verdi, Puccini, Donizetti, Mascagni, Gounod, Bernstein and more. This two-hour concert kicks off at 7:30 p.m.
Fringe Festival 2018

This is perhaps the city’s most legendary summer festival! The Hamilton Fringe Festival kicks is 11 days of pure entertainment. More than 50 companies and 400 performances ranging from music and magic, to dance and comedy take over multiple venues across Hamilton.
